The Teacher

dharmapriya, yoga teacherBorn in Canada, Dharmapriya began practicing Iyengar Yoga in London in 1974.

He has made several trips to India in order to study at the Iyengar Institute and has learned from the most experienced Iyengar teachers in the West.

In 1978 Dharmapriya qualified as a teacher with the BKS Iyengar Teachers’ Association in Britain.

Since 1983 he has mostly taught in Germany, but he also instructs Yoga in Denmark, France, England, and Mexico and is involved in various programs to help aspiring and qualified Yoga teachers.
