Yoga equipment for the asanas

Here’s some Yoga equipment you may need to do these exercises

  • a belt
  • 3 firm blankets – those old-fashioned, non-fluffy woolen ones
  • a chair for Halasana
  • in case you can’t practice on a wooden floor, it’s best to have a thin rubber yoga mat or other non-slip surface
