It's a quick read but every page is profound. It's very relevant whether you are a Buddhist or not and it has a contemporary style that's easy for young westerners to read and apply to real life. It will definitely change the way you think about love and other people. It will even change the way you think about yourself. I'd recommend it to ANYONE of any race, age or religious background.

I am looking forward to seeing this book. I especially like Thich Nhat Han's extending teachings to leaders, like his letter to Bush a few years back, asking him to "shed tears, not blood".
