I suffer from ADHD, bipolar disorder and fibro due to an ancient I was in. I have read many of the Dalai Lama books but wish I could go to some retreat where you could focus entirely on his teachings. Is this possible. Blessings to you all.

I’m afraid I don’t know of any retreats where you can specifically focus on the Dalai Lama’s teachings.
