Post Bulletin: Film and television director David Lynch says his nonprofit foundation focused on world peace will donate $1 million to fund scholarships for students who want to learn a meditation technique taught at an Iowa university. Lynch, who directed movies “The Elephant Man” and “Blue Velvet” and directed and wrote for the television series “Twin Peaks,” has been a supporter of Transcendental Meditation for more than 30 years.
