Eat less, enjoy more with mindful eating
Heather Fuselier, Tallahassee Democrat: My husband and I stood at the meat counter at The Fresh Market recently, trying to decide what to grill for dinner.
Chief among the determining factors was the environment in which we would be eating our meal: with our children or without.
