Meditation for irritable bowel syndrome

The Guardian: One small study shows that meditation helps to reduce symptoms of pain and bloating caused by irritable bowel syndrome.
People in the study had training in meditation at six weekly sessions. After a year of doing meditation, 8 in 10 people found their symptoms had improved.
