The Power of Mindfulness: a four-week course starting Dec 3

This is rather short notice, but my new online course starts tomorrow, December 3. It’s a four-week course that’s accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the week, wherever you are. All you need is an internet browser. You can even participate on an iPad or other mobile device.

The convenience makes this perfect for people who don’t have meditation clases nearby, or who work irregular hours or who can’t travel because of illness, childcare arrangements, etc.

The course is web-based, and involves readings, guided meditation MP3s that were specially recorded for this course, a discussion forum, and email exchanges with the teacher (that would be me).

If you want to learn more about the course, follow this link to visit our online store, or post a comment below.

Yay! You've decided to leave a comment. That's fantastic! Thanks for dropping by! Please note that we get lots of requests for advice about meditation. It's got to the point where it's not feasible to reply to them all, and if your question hasn't been published within 24 hours, there's a good chance we just don't have time to reply.
