Creating a culture of generosity
At Wildmind, ee sit, we develop lovingkindness, and we express that love by sharing our experience though our blog and through our structured guides to meditation.
And we hope that this will in turn lead you to sit, to develop love, and to give back so that you support our activities.
Wildmind is increasingly supported by dana (the Buddhist word for donations) these days. We’ve received lots of one-time donations, but we feel particularly grateful to those who make a regular monthly contribution to our running costs.
In fact, people who have set up a recurring donation will receive free copies of any creative work that I produce during the time they’re giving to Wildmind.
Our donors are making life so much easier for us, and making it so much easier for us to teach, that I want to help them (you) in any way I can. So do feel free to make a monthly donation, using the button below, and for as long as you continue to support Wildmind I’ll send you out links to download new projects I’ve developed, whether that’s audiobooks or ebooks (there’s one in the works).
(If you’re reading this in an email, the Paypal buttons probably won’t work, and you should visit our website.)
Or you can make a one-time donation to help us out. That’s helpful as well, and we’re rewarding those donors, too. I’ve cancelled my meditation classes for April and May so that I can focus on two special audio projects. There’s an audiobook version of my online course, The Power of Mindfulness, which I hope to complete by the end of April. And there’s a band-new audiobook on lovingkindness meditations — including the cultivation of compassion (karuna bhavana) and cultivation of joy (mudita bhavana). There’s some very innovative stuff in the second of those courses — especially about developing self-compassion and living with a sense of joyful gratitude. I’m looking forward to sharing this material with a wider audience.
- If you donate more than $15 in a single donation I’ll send you a link to the mindfulness course once it’s complete.
- If you donate more than $30 in a single donation I’ll send you links to download both courses.
- (If you’ve already donated and make another contribution, we’ll add them together…)
The button below will let you make a one-time donation of any amount.
Or you can also become a one-time benefactor with a single donation of any amount:
