I am so glad to find this blog &amp; your book.  I am sitting with a bunch of uncertainty &amp; its not the first time.  While I am not OCD- I can see tendencies in myself.  Your incorporation of CBT type of self-talk is appealing.  I have used similar techniques before and sure am doing much of that now.
