The issue is that im mostly self tought because where i live Sanga is unheard of. Anyway i guess what im asking is is there any snail mail order information that i might have sent to me? Hi Ashley.

I’m not sure what kind of information you want mailed to you, but everything we do is on this site, so I guess the answer is that we don’t have anything to send. If you have any specific questions, though, do feel free to contact us.

It’s good to hear that you’re practicing mindfulness and that you’re finding it helpful. I hope the material on our site is a useful support for you.

All the best,
Bodhipaksa
