The Power of Mindfulness: a four-week course starting Dec 2, 2013

The next Power of Mindfulness online course starts December 2, 2013. It’s a four-week meditation course that’s accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the week, wherever you are. All you need is an internet browser. You can even participate on an iPad or other mobile device.

Sorry for the delay. It’s been a very busy summer. Our next course starts on Sept 2. I’m not sure what you mean by asking if you can access previous materials, but you have to be enrolled as a student in the course to access the materials.
