		<description>Hi Bodhipaksa

Thanks for your article. Two great things about it - that the aspects of our personality are impermanent and can be improved or changed, and that we should cultivate love for ourselves. Sometimes when I´m a little tough on myself, I try to think about the many times I try to motivate my students to trust themselves and it´s funny that sometimes we are not as patient with ourselves as we would be with others. I´ve only found out this site recently and I am very happy to confirm that there are people like you and your friends who have such precious knowledge and are truly interested in helping others. This makes me more hopeful and I am sure it is helping many others to feel well too. Thanks again.
