If you appreciate and benefit from what we do, we’d ask you to consider making a regular donation.

Wildmind is able to be free of ads because of the support of our community’s kind donations.

Donations have also allowed me to take time out of my teaching schedule so that I can concentrate on writing and recording, and as a result an audiobook and ebook version of The Power of Mindfulness will soon be available. Copies of these are being made available free of charge to our donors (to anyone who has given more than $15 in a one-time donation, or who has set up a monthly donation via Paypal).

And I plan to take the month of May off of teaching so that I can focus on bringing out an audiobook and ebook version of a new lovingkindness course — Still Mind, Open Heart. Again, these will be made available to our donors on the same basis.

  • Anyone who contributes $15 in a one-time donation will receive either The Power of Mindfulness and Still Mind, Open Heart (in both ebook and audiobook versions)
  • Anyone who contributes monthly will receive both The Power of Mindfulness and Still Mind, Open Heart.
  • Anyone who contributes $30 or more in a one-time donation will receive both The Power of Mindfulness and Still Mind, Open Heart

We’re calling this project “Sit : Love : Give.” It’s what we do. We medite; we cultivate love; we try to influence the world for good through our website. And it’s what we hope you’ll do, too: meditate; cultivate love; give something back.

The content on Wildmind will remain free and open! This isn’t a paywall. It’s just an opportunity to show love, generosity, and solidarity with those who want to make the world a better place through the cultivation of mindfulness and compassion.
