Student quotes about Sunada:
“Interaction with Sunada has always been the vital center of the three courses I have taken. The readings and the guided meditations are excellent, but no one’s experience with meditation is quite like anyone else’s; the individualized attention makes the difference between just learning about something new and really developing one’s practice. And Sunada has always been the perfect facilitator of such development: ever friendly, open, committed, and thoughtful. She always seems to have the right question to ask, the right suggestion to make, or the right perspective to offer.”

“I wanted you to know how helpful your guidance has been. It is clear that you read everything carefully and responded thoughtfully to my journal entries. Your kindness has also been abundantly in evidence. The entire course was good, including the guided meditations and written materials. But the opportunity to interact with such a good teacher on a one-on-one basis has really elevated the experience way beyond what I could’ve gotten from a book or CD. I am very appreciative.”
