Level 1: The Path of Mindfulness and Love
An introduction to meditation, introducing techniques that help you to develop greater self-awareness, self-confidence, and harmonious relationships (4 weeks).

Level 2: Change Your Mind
Techniques for managing negative emotions such as anxiety, depression, self-doubt, anger, and craving, both within meditation and in our daily lives. Also introduces methods of cultivating calmness, contentment, energy, and concentration (4 weeks).

Level 2A: Awakening the Heart
Introduces four practices — collectively known as the Brahma Viharas, or divine abidings — to develop love, empathy, compassion, and equanimity (4 weeks).

Level 3: Entering the Path of Insight
An introduction to Insight meditation practice, which helps us to understand the interconnected nature of reality (4 weeks).
