New courses on Wildmind: connect like never before
We’re more excited by this development than anything else that’s happened on Wildmind in years, and we hope you’re as excited as we are!
In addition to our usual online courses, we’re now adding courses that take place in real time via videoconferencing. Using Skype, a free application for Mac or PC, you’ll be able to join a weekly class.
Bodhipaksa is leading an ongoing workshop for people who are beyond the beginner level. This workshop will explore techniques for freeing the mind from negative states such as fear and anger, and will show how to cultivate positive states such as calmness, contentment, and lovingkindness. Bodhipaksa’s workshop is by donation.
This is an incredible opportunity to join a small online community of people committed to deepening their meditation practice.

Meanwhile, Sunada will be leading a series of introductory classes, the first of which teaches how to practice mindfulness in daily life.
The small class size (no more than eight people) means there will be plenty of interactive, personalized attention.
