In this 28 day event we’ll explore the quality of upekkha, or loving wisdom.

This event is by donation and is suitable for people who are familiar with lovingkindness or compassion meditation.

Living With Appreciation and Gratitude (May 1–28)

yogd2015-muditaIn this 28 day event we’ll be exploring the quality of mudita, or joyful appreciation.

Mudita recognizes and appreciates the positive qualities and actions that bring happiness to beings (ourselves included).

During this event you’ll learn how to:

  • Develop peace through an appreciation of impermanence
  • Overcome a tendency to blame yourself or others
  • See all beings as potentially awakened
  • Abandon indifference and cruelty in favor of genuine loving wisdom
  • Encourage the arising of insight in others

Signing up for this event gives you access to:

  • 28 daily emails with

A year of going deeper

A year of going deeperWe have exciting plans for next year. We kicked off 2013 with a 100 Day Meditation Challenge, and then continued with 100 Days of Lovingkindness. Lots of work went into these, and for the second event I managed, somehow (mainly by sleeping very little) to produce a blog post for every one of the 100 days.
