I really enjoyed this post on mindfulness meditation. I’ve been learning more about the practice, and when I speak to other people often try to refute the misconceptions mentioned in this article. Also, as a beginning meditator, I found the tips to be very helpful. I think mindfulness meditation is a great way to relieve stress and begin the day on a positive note. Also, I’m looking forward to reading the book by Sharon Salzberg referenced in the article!
