Thank you for this article! I often worry that people who are told that mindfulness will “work” for therapy are left feeling worse about themselves when it doesn’t provide a quick fix”. I definitely agree that it is not always explained or taught correctly. The cognitive piece is often overlooked. Thanks Bodhi!
