Living With Compassion for Self and Others (Apr 1–28)

yogd2015-karunaCompassion (karuna) is the loving desire that beings (ourselves included) be free from suffering, and instead be well, happy, and fulfilled.

We’ll be developing compassion and bringing it into our everyday lives.

In this 28-day event you’ll learn how to:

  • Cultivate compassion for yourself and others
  • Distinguish sorry, pity, and genuine compassion
  • Let go of resentment — without suppressing it
  • Avoid creating unnecessary pain for yourself through reacting to pain
  • Embrace perspectives that help you develop emotional resilience
